No-Show Policy

At I-Smile Dental Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients. To ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all patients, we kindly request that scheduled appointments are respected.

A significant number of clinical hours are lost due to missed appointments without prior notice. This prevents other patients—especially those in need of urgent care—from being seen. For this reason, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Fees for Missed Appointments (No-Show Fees)

If a patient does not attend their appointment and fails to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, the following fees will apply based on the scheduled duration:

15 minutes £30.00
30 minutes £60.00
45 minutes £100.00
60 minutes £120.00

We value your time, and we ask that you value ours.
A simple phone call or email 48 hours in advance allows us to offer your appointment to another patient who may need urgent treatment.
